US Soccer requires you to complete the Safe Sport Training and have a 2019/2020 Back Ground Check, before you can be registered for 2020 with US Soccer.
If you had not completed Safe Sport Training, the instructions are below:

Access Code: the access code is in the email, it will not be published publicly
Log into Got Soccer and complete your Back Ground Check ASAP.
Once you completed all the above requirement, log into Official Management
Systems (OMS) and upload the certificates into the system.
