At the ending of the week of April 12th, Ted Unkel was featured here at FLSRC .ORG as one of Florida’s resident FIFA Referees.
On Saturday, April 13th Ted had a MLS game in Colorado. Being away, he was unable to attend the 2019 FYSA Commissioners Cup the same weekend. Prior to the weekend, Ted prepared a special video message for all the referees participating in the Commissioners Cup. During the pre-tournament referee meeting on Friday evening, Ted’s message was heard. The message is now available for the rest of the referee community to hear.
Ted said it was a good thing that he drove to Panama City in 2004.
