FLSRC will host an annual recertification course on August 4, 2018 for Referee Grade 5, 6, 7 at Niceville High School in Niceville. The course includes a fitness test and classroom instruction. Registration will open in July. Payment will be online only with an online written test.
Fitness Test for Grade 7: sprints 7.0 sec, 40 m X 6., 35-40 secs. interval, 150/50 m.
Grades 5, 6: FIFA interval fitness tests based on grade. Interval tests soundtracks are available in the library.
